Shipping Policy

At 360 Auto Works LLC Merchandise, we work with trusted print-on-demand providers (Printify and Printful) to fulfill your orders. Each product is made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. This process allows us to reduce overproduction and provide high-quality, custom merchandise.


Order Processing

  • All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will go into production within 2–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically arrive within 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Orders: Usually arrive within 10–20 business days, but times may vary depending on customs, location, and carrier availability.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the fulfillment partner (Printify or Printful).

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


Split Shipments

Because we partner with multiple print providers, your order may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you. This ensures faster delivery of items from different fulfillment centers.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@360autoworks.shop with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate.

  • Please note: once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or with a fulfillment error (wrong item, misprint, etc.), please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with Printify or Printful to resolve the issue. For other return questions, please review our [Refund Policy].
